KASEIØN is an independent artist from the St. Louis Missouri area. She is a Indie pop singer-songwriter that likes to dive into the deeper side of sad emo feelings and world problems, such as anxiety and equality. She prides herself on writing all of her own lyrics and is constantly looking for ways to improve and learn with trying her twists on new and old genres alike. At the age of 17 she underwent a life changing hip surgery. During her recovery she started writing music, which has since become a way for her to express herself, and she hopes that her music can do the same for others. Music was her reason not to give up and she wants to share that joy and optimism with the world. In 2020 she was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS), which is a connective tissue disorder that causes the collagen in the body to become over elasticized, which in turn creates chronic pain throughout the whole body all of the time due to unstable joints. Even while dealing with all of this, she pushes through to reach her one goal, to be a pillar of hope for those that feel hopeless. Nothing matters more to her than being able to have a platform that she can use to make people going through the same thing or a similar thing as her feel not so alone. KASEIØN was created by taking different letters from her first, middle, and last name (Jessica Kay Jordan) to create something new and uniquely her. Not only is she a singer/songwriter but she is also a dancer and actor.
